Aylesbury

Aylesbury is the County town. It is a large ancient market town with several historic pubs, is home to the Roald Dahl Children’s Gallery and the Waterside Theatre. Near by Stoke Mandeville is the home of the Paralympic Games. It is situated in central Buckinghamshire, midway between High Wycombe and Milton Keynes.

Col John Williams visited Buckingham Palace on Tuesday 2nd June and collected his award from the Queen. He met up with friends and colleagues afterwards back in Aylesbury.
