'Morning After' Drink Drive Campaign Warns Drivers. The Road Safety Team at Bucks County Council working in partnership with Bucks Fire and Rescue, Thames Valley Police and the Ambulance Service created a 'crash' scene in Market Square, Aylesbury, where a mother and her two children were cut out of a car.
