Richard bravely crossed the border to join the Buckinghamshire members of the GB Rowing Squad at the beautiful Redgrave Pincent Rowing Lake near Caversham.

Around two thousand athletes and fun competititors, ran around the streets of Marlow in the annual 5 mile race. Thomas Beedell and Hayley Higham were the first man and woman over the line.
